As Strategy and Marketing Consultants, we were involved in brainstorming what approach should be taken to the positioning of a street in Marseille, given the competing centres and locations close by. We participated in defining the new neighbourhood we sought to create. 

  •  Client UNIBAIL RODAMCO: 

We assisted the Leasing Team in the sourcing of international retailers and new concepts across Europe to attract to their French shopping centre portfolio.

  • Client APSYS: 

As part of a team, we were responsible for defining a new innovative retail mix on a confidential project that required the creation of an atypical large concept, comprising retail, residential, office and hotel. We sourced both national and international ideas and solutions – existing retailers and new concepts, prepared to sign up for the project.
